1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

2. The petitioners claiming themselves to be the devotees of Lord Jagannath had filed W.P. (C) PIL No.8830 of 2019 seeking restoration of the practice of preparation of "Tanka Torani". The Writ Petition was disposed of with a direction to the Chief Administrator, Sri Jagannath Temple Administration, Puri to dispose of the representation of the petitioners within six weeks of the order dated 29th July, 2019 passed by the Court.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, we find no contempt in the facts of the case can be entertained.
