The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the Order dated 09.06.2016 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 2070 (C) of 2016, wherein the Tribunal was not inclined to pass any interim order in favour of the Petitioner.

Since against the non-grant of interim order passed by the Tribunal, the Petitioner has approached this Court in the present Writ Petition, this Court is not inclined to entertain the same. However, it is open to the Petitioner to pursue the main case, which is pending before this Court after abolition of the Tribunal. 5.

With the above observation the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
