Learned counsel for the Petitioner wants to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move later.

Permission is granted to withdraw the bail application. 4.

Since the Petitioner is in custody from 20.09.2019 and trial is yet to begin, the trial court is directed to commence and conclude the same, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months. It shall be open for the Petitioner to renew his prayer, if the trial is not concluded within the stipulated time. 5.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
