None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last two occasions on 06.12.2022 and 09.11.2022. The Petitioner was also given another chance today after the lunch, but no one has appeared.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it seems that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the BLAPL stands dismissed.
