This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to recast the gradation list dated 24.06.2020 under Annexure-9, final gradation list dated 07.12.2021 under Annexure-11 and revised gradation list dated 06.01.2022 under Annexure-12 of Section Officers in the common cadre of Section officers of Heads of Department in term of Establishment Officers' Recruitment Rules 2019 by deleting the parameter of "Year of advertisement" in such gradation lists declaring the same to be in contravention to G.A. & pg Resolution dated 09.09.2021 under Annexure-13 and decision of the supreme Court dated 19.11.2019 in K. Meghachandra Singh v. Ningam Siro and Ors, reported in Civil Appeal No.88338835 of 2019 under Annexure-14 and grant consequential
service and financial benefit to them after revising their position in the gradation list.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-15 and the same may be directed to be considered taking into consideration Annexures-4, 13 & 14 within a stipulated time to which learned State Counsel has no objection.
5. As agreed by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-15 and pass appropriate order taking into consideration Annexrues-4, 13 & 14 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
