3. Considering the facts of the case and the precedents cited herein, this Court is not inclined to decide on the conclusion of the Internal Audit report. However, this Court quashed the Order No.40 dated 05.01.2022 to deduct Rs.10,000/- from the salary of the Petitioner with effect from December, 2021.
