This Anticipatory Bail application has been filed after rejection of earlier ABLAPLs. Almost four years from the date of rejection of the first ABLAPL at the instance of the Petitioner have already passed in the meantime and the Petitioner has not been apprehended as of now. This Court finds no scope for entertaining this ABLAPL. 2.

The ABLAPL stands dismissed.
