In the course of hearing of the bail application, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to renew the prayer for bail of the petitioner after examination of witnesses Bhima Kurami and Sambaru Dudi by the Court.

In view of such submission, the BLAPL is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.
