2. Heard Mr. S.R.Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.Tripathy, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 14th April, 2021 in connection with K.Nuagaon P.S.

Case No.

24/2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 25 of 2021 pending in the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Baliguda for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)C & 29 of the NDPS Act.

4. Considering the submissions made, materials on record, the period of detention already undergone, the fact that Charge

// 2 // Sheet has already been submitted as also the fact that similarly placed co-accused, namely, Mithun Mandal has been granted bail by this Court in BLAPL No. 10980 of 2021, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

5. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case failing which appropriate adverse orders may be passed as may be deemed fit and proper.

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
