Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial Court. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court without adverting to the materials on merit disposes of the bail application with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.
