This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).Video Conferencing mode. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner with a limited prayer for a direction to the opposite parties to pay the revised pension at the rate of Rs.21,493/- per month with T.I. with effect from 01.01.2016 which has already been sanctioned by the Controller of Accounts (Opposite Party No.4). 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that though revised pension has been approved by the competent authority i.e. the Controller of Accounts, (Opposite Party No.4) the Branch Manager, Allahabad Bank (Indian Bank), Opposite Party No.6 is not disbursing the pensionary benefit to the petitioner.

Mr. Jena, learned Standing Counsel submits that since pension has been sanctioned by Opposite Party No.4, the Bank should have disbursed the same and in the event a direction is given to the Bank

// 2 // for disbursement of the amount, he shall have no objection. 6.

In such view of the matter, in the interest of justice, the present wit application is disposed of with a direction to Opposite Party No.6, the Branch Manager, Allahabad Bank (Indian Bank), Aruha to disburse for immediate disburse the sanctioned pensionary benefit as indicated under Annexure-3 to the writ application, to the Petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order along with relevant documents. 7.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
