This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No.31 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.37 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned N.G.N -cum- J.M.F.C., Rajnagar for alleged commission of offences under sections 323, 354-B and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the Headmaster of Sri Nilakantheswar High School,

// 2 // Rajagarh Baghataila, Kendrapara and it is a case and counter case and the offences are triable by Magistrate and taking into account the nature of accusation against the petitioner and on hearing the learned counsel for the State, the interim order dated 09.04.2021 is made absolute.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
