Heard Sevati Soren , learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. S.K.Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioners are in custody since 15th September, 2021 in connection with Laxmisagar P.S. Case No. 279/2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 4796 of 2021 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 454/380/34 of the IPC.

Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact

// 2 // that the charge sheet has already been submitted in the meantime, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. 5.

Let the Petitioners be released on bail on such terms and conditions, as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose in the aforesaid case including the condition that out of two sureties for such amount has been fixed by the court below, one should belong to Khurda district and further each of the petitioners shall furnish cash security of Rs.20,000/-( Rupees Twenty thousand).

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
