Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for Petitioner that pleadings in C.S. No.206 of 2014 are already completed in the meantime, this Court directs the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Rourkela to conclude the proceeding vide C.S. No.206 of 2014 within a period of nine months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. Petitioner is prohibited from taking any unnecessary adjournment in the Court below.

The Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
