This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on last date on 13.10.2022. The Petitioner by way of this application seeks to quash the criminal proceeding in G.R. Case No. 369 of 2015 of the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Sundargarh. 3.

In view of the above facts, especially when no one had appeared for the Petitioner today and on the last date and the fact that the CRLMC is pending since the year 2016, this Court considers that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
