This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

The limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner in the present writ petition is that the Opposite Parties/authorities are not releasing the GPF amount in favour of the Petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been filed representation before the District Education Officer-Opposite Party No.3 on 17.12.2021 and the said Opposite Party has not considered the grievance of the Petitioner as of now. He further submits that if a direction be given to the Opposite Parties to consider the representation of the Petitioner, the grievance of the Petitioner will be redressed.

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection, if a direction is given to the authorities to consider the representation

// 2 // of the Petitioner within a stipulated period of time. 6.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the District Education Officer-Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 17.12.2021 under Annexure-7 in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is needless to mention here that the representation of the Petitioner shall be considered by passing a speaking and reasoned order on the same. Any decision taken on the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of ten days thereafter.

It is further directed that while considering the representation of the Petitioner, the authority shall be also taken into consideration the letter dated 27.09.2009 issued by the Headmaster, Sodak High School (Govt.), Sodak Ganjam.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
