Heard learned counsel for the Petitioenr as well as learned Standing Counsel for the Vigilance Department. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner makes an oral prayer to convert the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to one under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, permission is granted to learned counsel for the Petitioenr to take steps in that regard.
