Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "It is therefore most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue Rule NISI to the opposite parties calling upon them to show cause as to why;

(i) the direction shall not be given to include the name of Late Bhagirathi Rathu or Name of Bikram Charan Rath and Purna Chadnra Rath, in SAP List;

(ii) direction shall not be given to provide Rehabilitation Scheme to the petitioners' family; (iii) if the opposite party/ies fails to give show cause or show insufficient cause the rules may be made abosolute;

And may pass any other order(s)/direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper as circumstances justify in favour of the petitioners for the best interest of justice.

And for this act of kindness, the petitioners shall as in duty bound ever pray."

He further submits that through highlighting their grievances, the petitioners have filed a representation vide Annexure-9 to the Writ Petition, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioners. 6.
