Since the petitioner claims for payment of final bill and his representation is pending before opposite party no.5, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authoirty in terms of the DTCN/agreement executed between the parties.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
