2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

Since the petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the illegal selection and engagement of opposite party no.4 as Anganwadi Worker in respect of Harijan Sahi Anganwadi Centre area of Taragaon Gram Panchayat under the district of Nabarangpur, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue her remedy by preferring appeal before the appropriate forum.

4. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
