This writ petition involves illegal acceptance of nomination of opposite party no.6 in spite of having more than two children. For the opinion of this Court, the illegal acceptance of nomination can be determined through a duly constituted election proceeding. In this view of the matter, this Court finds the writ petition is not entertainable. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, petitioner, if so advised, may undertaken election dispute.
