In view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the State that these Petitioners have not been shown as accused in the charge-sheet filed in the case; learned Counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of this application seeking liberty to renew their prayer afresh in the event case cause of action so arises in future.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.
