The present PIL was an on the basis of news items regarding the Order No.

representation of local inhabitants of Old Town, Bhubaneswar about construction of road work in 'Rama sir lane'. The petition has been pending for nearly eight years now. There would be other developments in the meanwhile which have to be accounted for.
