1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the opposite party No.2, to dispose of the Execution Case No.43 of 2015 under Annexure-1 pending before him within a stipulated period.

3. Since the Tribunal is a subordinate court, this Court restrains itself from passing such an order.

4. However, considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner being afflicted by multiple diseases, this Court sincerely requests the opposite party No.2 to dispose of the Execution Case No.43 of 2015 considering the urgency of the case as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
