CORAM:
MR. JUSTICE S.K. PANIGRAHI
ORDER
15.03.2022 Order No.
01.
1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement. 2 Heard.
3. Limited grievance of the petitioner is that execution case No.108 of 2013 filed by the petitioner is pending before the opposite party No.2-Presiding Officer, State Education Tribunal, Bhubaneswar for about nine years and waiting for implementation of the judgment and order dated 25.07.2012 passed by him in G.I.A. Case No.248 of 2011. Since the aforementioned execution case has not yet been decided, the petitioner is deprived of his legitimate arrear salary dues.
4. Since in this case delay has been caused for more than nine years, this Court finds it apposite to interfere in the matter. Accordingly, though this Court ordinarily refrains from passing such order, requests the learned Presiding Officer, State Education Tribunal, Bhubaneswar to dispose of the
// 2 // aforementioned execution case within a period of three months from today.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
