Heard Mr. P.C. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

According to Mr. Das, the sole prayer of the petitioner in this case is for a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Cuttack to dispose of Criminal Appeal No.25 of 2021 pending before him within a short period.

Considering the innocuous nature of prayer and without expressing any opinion on the merits the case, this Court directs the learned Sessions Judge, Cuttack to make an endeavour to dispose of the above noted Criminal Appeal in accordance with law within a period of twelve months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no other impediment without disturbing his/her Board. 5.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
