This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Petitioner-Bank has filed the present writ petition directed against the interim order dated 25th August, 2021 passed by the DRT, Cuttack in IA No.147 of 2021 arising out of SA No.20 of 2020 filed by the defaulting borrower, whereby the Bank has been restrained from confirming the sale till 29th September, 2021.

At the time of hearing, realizing that the DRT, Cuttack is fully functional upon availability of the Presiding Officer, counsel for the Petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present writ petition to enable the Petitioner-Bank to pursue its remedy in pending SA before the DRT, Cuttack.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
