Petitioner has serious grievance that there has been providing Order No.

of electricity connection by drawing wire over his own plot. It is alleged that for the involvement of own land of the Petitioner the Electricity Authority has no business in drawing the electric wire over the land of the Petitioner. It is further alleged that in spite of complaint of the Petitioner being brought to the notice of the Opposite Party No.2 there has been no consideration of the complaint vide Annexure-4 as of now.

Keeping the above in view and as a complaint of the Petitioner is already pending with the Opposite Party No.2, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-4 and take a lawful decision in the matter involving the Petitioner as well as the Opposite Party No.3 and by completing the

// 2 // entire exercise within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. 3.
