1. Heard Mr.Chand, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

2. Defect as pointed out by the S.R. is ignored.

3. Considering the limited nature of grievance, the CRLMC is disposed of with a direction to the learned C.J.M.-Cum-A.S.J., Khurda to take expeditious steps for early completion of trial in S.T.Case No.17/57 of 2020/19, preferably by end of 2022.

4. The Petitioner is directed to cooperate for early disposal of the trial.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
