There is an allegation of affecting the election to be conducted Order No.

in the Tulasipur Gram Panchayat by creating law and order situation. This Court finds, involving the very same allegation the request of the Petitioners appears to have already been pending before the State Election Commission as well before the Director General of Police vide Annexure-1. In such view of the matter, this Court directs, in the event any such grievance at the instance of the Petitioners involving this issue is still pending before the State Election Commission, such grievance same may be attained to urgently and all possible steps may be taken to ensure free and fair election in the Tulsipur Gram Panchayat.

With the aforesaid direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
