1. This matter is taken up through a separate notice.

2. A memo has been filed by learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeking withdrawal of the petition stating that the parties have mutually arrived at a settlement as regards all the pending claims and disputes.

3. The Court has been handed over a copy of a deed of settlement dated 13th December, 2022 setting out the terms of settlement of disputes. The said document is taken on record and shall be treated as being part of this order.
