Through paragraph no.10 of the writ petition the Petitioner has made a serious allegation that the request of the Petitioner by way of representation to the Insurance Company has been refused to be accepted and the Petitioner is, therefore, compelled to file this writ petition.

Considering the allegation of the Petitioner, since this Court finds, the grievance of the Petitioner is yet to be attained to by the authority concerned, this Court permits the Petitioner to send her grievance alongwith a copy of this order to the competent authority of the L.I.C. of India, Bhubaneswar Branch through Speed Post within seven days hence and on receipt of a copy of such grievance the competent authority of the L.I.C. of India, Bhubaneswar Branch
// 2 // shall do well in taking a lawful decision on the grievance of the Petitioner within a period of two months thereafter. 3.
