This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Mr. K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that the allegation against the petitioner is for transporting commercial quantity of contraband Ganja and the petitioner is inside custody since 09.10.2021 and, he, thereby, prays to dispose of the bail application with a direction to the learned trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.

On the other hand, Mr. S.R. Roul, learned A.S.C. for the State does not raise any objection to the prayer of the petitioner. 4.

In view of the aforesaid submission and prayer, this Court without adverting to the materials on record on merit disposes of the bail application requesting the learned trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, if there is no other legal impediment. 5.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
