1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

3. This writ petition filed by the petitioners appears to be of Public Interest Litigation in nature.

4. Since the matter is of the year 2014 and in the meantime, seven years passed, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition giving liberty to the petitioners to pursue their remedies before the appropriate forum.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
