1. This application has been filed for restoration of OJC No.2304 of 2001, which was dismissed for non-prosecution by an order dated 25th January, 2022.

2. For the reasons stated, the present application is allowed. The order dated 25th January 2022 is recalled and OJC No.2304 of 2001 is restored to its original file.
