1. Mr.S.K.Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of this application with liberty to file revision before the learned Sessions Judge.

2. The CRLMC is disposed of granting liberty as prayed for.

3. In the event the Petitioner files revision before the learned Sessions Judge, the period of pendency of this application before this Court will be considered for condoning the limitation.

4. The certified copy of Annexure-1 be returned to the Petitioner on proper substitution.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
