Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the limited nature of request involved in this matter, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Principal Secretary to Govt., S.T. & S.C. Development Department, Bhubaneswar, Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioners vide Annexure-6, in accordance with law, if the same is still pending and take a lawful decision thereon, taking into account the grounds raised in the writ petition as well as the development under Annexures-3, 4 and 5, within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioners, giving opportunity of hearing to the Petitioners. Decision so taken on the representation shall be communicated to the Petitioners within a period of ten days. 3.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
