Heard Mr. K. Swain, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner by means of this writ petition seeks direction to opposite parties, more particularly opposite parties 1 and 2 to publish the result of the petitioner in respect of 4th semester examination, i.e. Comprehensive Viva Voce-II (ETCV402) of M. Tech Examination. 4.

On perusal of the record, it reveals that the petitioner is seeking to publish the result for 2011-12 Admission Batch by filing the present writ petition only in the year 2022. Nothing has been placed on record indicating such huge delay in approaching this court, i.e., after 11 years for publication of the result.

In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this writ petition, since the same suffers from delay and laches.
