1. Heard Mr. A.K. Chaudhury, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. S. Mishra, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party.

2. The present petition has been filed praying for quashing of Police case in Gosaninuagaon P.S. Case No.17/2022.

3. It is seen from the copy of the FIR under Annexure-1 that the offences alleged are under Sections 302/34, I.P.C. The FIR does not disclose any direct allegation against the Principal of the College, who is the present Petitioner. The FIR is dated 24th January, 2022 and the investigation in the matter is still continuing. So at this stage, I am not inclined to entertain the application to quash the police case.

4. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed.
