Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioner that there is a threatening of demolition/eviction of the Petitioner from the disputed property in question through mike announcement and without following due process of law, this Court disposes of this Writ Petition directing that there shall be no demolition/eviction of the Petitioner without following due process of law, provided the Petitioner has not faced with any such proceeding as of now.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
