Mr. Ghadei, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, impugned is judgment dated 3rd November, 2021 setting aside award dated 19th February, 2015 published by Collector-cumArbitrator. On query from Court he submits, the judgment was passed under section 34 in Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 2.

Petitioner has remedy under section 37. Petitioner must prefer appeal. Mr. Ghadei seeks direction regarding exclusion of period of limitation. His submission is recorded.
