Petitioners in this writ petition seek to assail the order dated 17th August, 2021 (Annexure-3) passed by Additional Tahasildar, Bisra- Opposite Party No.4 in OLR 8(A) Case No.690 of 2021.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that interest of justice will be best served if the Petitioners make an application under Rule 34(e) of the Odisha Survey and Settlement Rules, 1962 (for short, 'the Rules') for redressal of their grievances. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.

In view of such prayer made by learned counsel for the Petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.
