This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioner in the course of hearing the bail application seeks for a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible in view of the fact that the trial has already commenced. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that 05 out of 30 charge sheet witnesses have already been examined in this case and, therefore, a time line may kindly be fixed for disposal of the case. Learned counsel prays for disposal of BLAPL with aforesaid submissions. Learned counsel for the State raises no objection.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and prayer, this Court without expressing any opinion on merit of the case disposes of the bail application with a request to the learned trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months, if the trial has already commenced and there is no other legal impediment.
