Mr. Sarangi, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of petitioner. He submits, his client has sought direction upon the bank to accept balance of the One Time Settlement (OTS) amount with interest as per annexure-2 in the petition. Mr. Pattnaik, learned advocate appears on behalf of the bank and submits, petitioner may approach his client directly with his prayer. 2.

Petitioner is directed to approach concerned Branch of the bank with his offer, either in terms of annexure-2 in the writ petition or made afresh. In event petitioner approaches within two weeks from date, the bank will consider and dispose of petitioner's prayer. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of.
