Mr. Sarangi, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of review applicant and submits, his client be allowed to withdraw the application with liberty to file another on better particulars. 2.
Mr. Padhi, learned advocate appears and submits, his senior is engaged on behalf of the bank.

The writ petition was disposed of by order dated 14th July, 2022. Review applicant had by I.A. no.13658 of 2022, applied for modification of the order, to extend time to pay under the One Time Settlement (OTS), by 30th September, 2022 on payment of extra charge of interest at 10% per annum. The bank was represented at moving of the application on 12th October, 2022. Upon hearing, the
// 2 // application stood disposed of. Subsequent thereto order dated 18th April, 2023 was made, obviously on mistake by not noticing that the application had already been disposed of by order dated 12th October, 2022.

In the circumstances, order dated 18th April, 2023 is recalled. 5.
The writ file and application be sent to the 'disposed of' Record Section.
