This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Jatni P.S. Case No. 306 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.923 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C.(O), Bhubaneswar for commission of alleged offences under sections 120-B, 419, 420, 465, 468, 470, 471, 341, 294, 323, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the F.I.R. annexed to the anticipatory bail application.

// 2 // Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the case arises out of a complaint petition, which was forwarded under section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. to the Inspector in-charge of the concerned police station and accordingly, P.S. case was registered and the main allegation is against the co-accused persons, namely, Subhranshu Sekhar Jena, Smt. Sarita Senapati and Smt. Kabita Manjari Pattnaik and some of the similarly situated co-accused persons have already been released on bail by this Court as per the orders dated 31.08.2021 passed in ABLAPL No. 13105 of 2019, dated 01.09.2021 passed in ABLAPL No.13265 of 2019 and dated 06.11.2021 passed in ABLAPL No.

18731 of 2019, copies of bail orders are filed and taken on record and on hearing the learned counsel for the State, I am inclined to release the petitioners on anticipatory bail and accordingly, this Court directs that in the event of arrest of the petitioners in connection with the aforesaid case, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer with further conditions that they shall make themselves available for interrogation by the I.O.

// 3 // to dissuade him from disclosing any facts to the Courts or to the Investigating Officer.

Violation of any of the above conditions shall entail cancellation of bail.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
