Heard Mr. T.K. Pattanayak, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. P.K. Parhi, learned ASGI for the opposite parties. 3.

The petitioners file this writ petition challenging the interim order dated 06.01.2022 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 537 of 2021, wherein the prayer of the petitioners for grant of interim relief has been rejected. 4.

Since the petitioners have come up against the interim order passed by the Tribunal by filing the writ petition, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However liberty is granted to the petitioners to pursue their remedy for early disposal of the Original Application, which is pending before the Tribunal.
