None appears for the petitioners at the time of call so also no one had appeared on last two dates.

The petitioners by way of an application U/S. 482 of Cr.P.C. seek to quash the Kharbelnagar P.S. Case No. 361 of 2015 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 5269 of 2015 of the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar and in the meantime seven years have passed after registration of the F.I.R.

In view of aforesaid development, it pre-supposes that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed.
