Learned counsel for the Petitioner very fairly submits that the Petitioner has not surrendered to custody after availing the interim bail.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present bail application stands disposed of as dismissed and the learned Court in seisin of the case is requested to proceed against the Petitioner and the surety in accordance with law.
