None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on last occasion on 03.11.2022. It appears from the record that N.B.W. was issued against the petitioner for his apprehension but the said N.B.W. is yet to be executed. Further, the petitioner has not yet filed the surrender certificate in this case. 3.
It is, therefore, directed that the learned Court in seisin of the case shall take sincere steps for early execution of N.B.W. against the petitioner and to proceed against the surety in accordance with law. 4.
The BLAPL stands dismissed for non-prosecution. (G. Satapathy) Judge
